Hello, This is Brandon - my wife is the creative one with some skills in the digital wonderland of 'blog' - and so I write under her account info - whatever that actually means. The time is coming for Sara and I to name a human being. It turns out that we are having a baby girl, and whatever we name her is what she'll be called for the rest of her life, and so it is somewhat of a challenge and responsibility. My first thought for a name was (and still is) Delorean. It sounds smooth and can take you to new and exciting places at 88 m.p.h. The Wife and I have a list on our fridge, wherein we have invited friends, family, and people who 'will work for food' to contribute to the list with any name that one feels appropriate for a human to carry for the entirey of an earthly life. All this to say - we have agreed to wait to name her until we see her out of the womb. Also, the lady doesn't like 'Delorean', so we may end up with something more traditional...like Blowfish, or McFallington. If you have a good name idea for a cute baby girl, please leave a comment. Don't give us anything too normal or popular - make it shnazzy have it carry some meaning. Well...I guess you can give us something normal or popular if you want to...after all, it is your comment...but I (Brandon) won't take is seriously...my wife might, because she is sweet, and smells good. Thank you, and goodnight.

i am happy you are my brother
so cute!!!!!!! ya'll are precious and i can't wait to meet baby bridgman!!! (some day...)
What about "Jordan"?
"Delorean"? Perfect name. But if the lady-wife doesn't dig it, you'll have to think of something more clever, like... Zathura, Patulia, Omarosa, Helena III, Dragonaforcia, Ghirardellia, Cinderella, or Van Halena. If none of these float your boat, don't worry, it'll come to you.
I vote you name her red6left that way no one will ask her crappy questions like what's your favorite color/number/direction. Her life is guaranteed to be more enjoyable.
you look like a ragamuffin...I like that. name her trazails, or tramales, or tradundrum...something with a tra sound...or a bra sound...bradington, or brandwich, or bramuda.
what about something kinda foreign like hortensia or something?
First of all, I vote for Delorean. But I also agree with Nate over there. So maybe you just go with no first of middle name and just have "Bridgman".
For serious, my FAVORITE name in the whole wide world is Rabecca. You could call her Becky no problem. Plus Rabecca Bridgman flows really well.
The whole point is that you guys will pick an absolutley AMAZING name for you daughter and she will be trained well to be a great human being and will surley carry your family name to victory. (preforably at 88mph)
"Lee" and "Ann" are still up for grabs.... oh, and I might as well throw in "Longobardi" while we're at it. Awww... "Longobardi Bridgman".... it has a good ring to it don't ya think? Then we can just call her "Long Bridge" for short... or "Bar Man"....
I know what you mean we have also been having a tough time picking a good boys name. We like Cash but are afraid of people reactions to it.
If we were having another girl some of the names that were on my list, that I will allow you to steal if you like, are:
Olivia (Livie)
Layla
Charlotte (Charlie)
Ryann
and for laughs I like Jacqueline Danielle (get it?)
You could go with whichever day of the week she is born on; hopefully a Friday so she can be Girl Friday or you can nickname her TGIF.
Or a street name you pass by on the way to the hospital... for example my hospital is off of Mercy.
What ever you kids pick will be great and I am sure it will suit her swimmingly.
Best O' luck!
Sarah Tanner
